 David Mosuqera enlisted into the United States Marine Corps in 1994. Most of his time was spent in Japan, until 1998 when he ended his 4 year tour to pursue college education He continued serving his country in the Reserve Component. He was commissioned as an Infantry officer in 2004 from New York and was sent to Afghanistan from 2005-2006 as an Infantry Platoon Leader. During his fourteen years of service, David received the Afghanistan Campaign Medal, GWOT Service Medal, Combat Infantry Badge, Parachutist Badge, and Air Assault Badges. 

He is currently transitioning out of service and has pioneered his own company Global Express Trading LLC specializing in procurement and logistics management. He calls Florida home where he lives with his wife Josilyn anddaughter Ariana.
